Application Deadline Extended for LPN-to-RN Bridge Program at Three Rivers College

The application deadline for Three Rivers’ LPN-to-RN Bridge program in Sikeston and the Poplar Bluff day program has been extended. The application deadline, previously September 1, has been moved to September 17 to allow prospective students more time to apply for the program.

Local Poplar Bluff Student Receives Ozark Federal Credit Union Scholarship to Attend Three Rivers

Subrina Berger of Poplar Bluff has received the Ozark Federal Credit Union Scholarship to attend Three Rivers College this Fall. Subrina is married to Christopher Berger and is the daughter of G. Dewayne Robison of Poplar Bluff and Glenda Forbes of Collinsville, IL. She is a 1986 graduate of Poplar Bluff Senior High School and plans to study Elementary Education while at Three Rivers.

Three Rivers Kicks off 2018-2019 Athletics Season with “Meet the Raiders Night”

Three Rivers College will launch its 2018-2019 athletics season with its annual “Meet the Raiders Night” event on Monday, September 10. There will also be a meal sponsored by the Three Rivers Booster Club beginning at 6 p.m. Admission to the event is free, and a meal ticket is $5 for non-students.

Cape Student Receives Paul & Joe Anne Ripley Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Garrett Todd Orr of Cape Girardeau has received the Paul & Joe Anne Ripley Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Orr is the son of Kim and Jeana Orr of Doniphan and is a 2017 graduate of Doniphan High School. Orr graduated from Three Rivers College with an Elementary Education Degree and plans to begin Southeast in the Fall.

Registration Deadline Nears for Fall Classes at Three Rivers

Students looking to start classes at Three Rivers College should act quickly to enroll before the Fall registration deadline, according to officials at the College. Online and on-site registration will close at end of day August 10 at the Poplar Bluff campus at TRC, locations in Sikeston, Dexter, Kennett, and at the Cape College Center. The Fall semester starts on Monday, August 13.

Three Rivers to Host ‘Run 4 the Arts’ Four-Mile Run/Walk

Three Rivers College and the Three Rivers Endowment Trust will host the third annual “Run 4 the Arts” four-mile run/walk or one-mile walk at 9 a.m., Saturday, September 8, at the Three Rivers College Poplar Bluff Campus. All monies raised will continue to fund an endowed scholarship held by the Three Rivers Endowment Trust for Music and Art students attending Three Rivers College. Sponsorship opportunities are also currently available.
