Where Garrett College is Located
Garrett College is an accredited two-year community college located in McHenry, Maryland, overlooking Deep Creek Lake, a four-season resort destination in the and heart of scenic Western Maryland. The main campus is approximately 15 miles south of I-68 on U.S. 219. In addition, the College’s three outreach centers are located in the towns of Accident, Grantsville, and Oakland.
What Garrett Offers
Garrett offers exceptional educational opportunities through its Business & Information Technology, Cybersecurity,Electrical Engineering and Teacher Education programs. The 62-acre main campus is in close proximity to the forests, lakes, farms and whitewater rivers that are the outdoor classrooms for our “signature” A.A.S. degree programs in Adventure Sports Management and Natural Resources and Wildlife Technology.
